IN-PERSON MEETING PROCESS
The “Status Tracker” graphic above is a visual indicator of where your meeting is currently at in our new in-person meeting process. It is updated after each step in the process is completed, check back as often as you like! This page will remain up until your meeting has launched. In the meantime, please review the helpful information below:
GROUP REP MEETINGS | Join other CIR group reps in fellowship! Each Monday we host two group rep meetings, one at 12pm ET / 9am PT, and a later one at 7pm ET / 4pm PT. It is a great time to share ideas, ask questions, and get to know other group reps.
GOOGLE DRIVE | Once your materials (Meeting Format, bulletin announcement, Meeting Cards, etc) are designed you will receive a Google Drive link to access your files. Our listings and materials are created from the contact details you provide in Form B, please ensure your information is correct.
FREEDOM WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK | Many questions about facilitating a meeting have been answered in our new handbook specifically created for our beloved groups reps called Freedom with the Framework. It also outlines our recovery traditions, guidelines, and more!
GROUP REP RESOURCES | You can sign up to have the weekly meeting reflections emailed directly to you. Additionally, these reflections are posted to our Group Rep Resources page, where you can also find ministry-wide announcements.
EDITS & CHANGES | If after your meeting has launched, you have changes to your meeting (like day/time/room location etc) please submit Form C – Existing Meeting Edits so our team can make the changes to our website listings, internal records, and promotional materials. Help us keep our records updated!
Soon we will be implementing a CIR Regional Rep role into our ministry and you will be put in contact with a volunteer community member who will be the primary communication liaison between group reps and CIR.
