ABOUT
The Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament is hosting our third annual Catholic in Recovery (CIR) retreat in June. This two-day retreat will offer hope and healing for individuals in recovery from a variety of addictions, compulsions, and unhealthy attachments, those who are seeking to find freedom from the grip of addiction, and family members impacted by their loved one’s addiction. Participants will be encouraged to encounter and grow in the Lord through various talks, reflections, prayer, meetings, and opportunities for fellowship grounded in a Catholic sacramental approach to the Twelve Steps of addiction recovery. The Sacraments of Reconciliation and the Eucharist will be available during the weekend.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament does not have it’s own retreat accommodations on the property. However, there are approximately a dozen guests houses located close by the shrine for this very purpose. There are also hotel options in nearby Cullman, AL.
MEALS
Meals will be served cafeteria style. Foods will be simple and nutritious which should serve for any food plan. If you have specific food allergies, please note this on the registration form. Meals include breakfast/lunch/dinner on Saturday, and breakfast/lunch on Sunday.
